OUR MISSION
Coordinating diaper drives benefiting low-income families with the help of our partners and raising awareness about diaper drives nationwide.
ABOUT JILL
Jill Gaikowski founded Hapoms thanks to an email from Angi Hejduk (more on her below) asking if she wanted to "throw some energy at a diaper drive". In researching Jill couldn't believe what she found about the need for Diapers across the nation. After more research, Jill discovered cities were doing something about it and she could do something about it right here in Kansas City. Jill grew up in Lee's Summit and attended college in Missouri. She spent most of her 20s and some of her 30s in NYC working in the Ad Industry as a project manager. After her daughter Riley was born the appeal of free grammy and grandpa babysitting lured her back to Kansas City. Currently Jill is a mom, wife, daughter and part-time yoga teacher (theyogaalley.com) on top of running the daily operations of HappyBottoms. Jill is especially appreciative of her mom, dad, husband Jason and daughter Riley for all their support and help in this endeavor.
