How To Make a Causes Wish For HappyBottoms
Causes Wish is the fun and social way to raise money for your favorite cause.
Step 1: Go to http://wishes.causes.com/
Step 2: Near the center/right of the screen you will see a scroll tab—click ‘Holiday Wish’ and then the green tab that says ‘create wish’
Step 3: The next page will have a date. To include all the holidays just use the suggested December 31st, 2011—then click continue
Step 4: On the next screen you will see ‘2. Pick the cause you’re raising money for’—right below that click ‘nonprofits’ and type in “HappyBottoms’ in the search bar and click on the HappyBottoms that has our pink and blue logo—hit continue
Step 5: Then you pick your suggested donation and how much money you want to raise overall.
Step 6: The next screen is the informational fill in the blanks. You can use the ‘cheat sheet’ to the right or you can use some of these suggestions:
-HappyBottoms provides diapers to babies in the KC metro area
-Diapers are not covered by anything
-You can’t buy diapers with food stamps (SNAP)
-Holidays are stressful enough and are worse without diapers for your baby
-500 children are waiting for HappyBottoms to give them diapers
Step 7: And then hit all done!
